Friday, October 2, 2009, we inherited a new addition to our family. My sister and Kevin were married at a beautiful ceremony in Lakeway, Texas, in perfect weather under the stars. Not only did I get a brother-in-law but I also got a beautiful, smart and talented niece out of the deal.
Typically there's alot of stigma that goes along with the term 'in-laws' but in our case, we got extremely lucky! Jennifer now has a wonderful father-in-law and we enjoy meshing our two families together for the holidays and other random fun events.
Ok, back to bragging about my new brother-in-law! Poor Kevin got more than he bargained for when he married my beautiful sister! He not only got Jen but he got me too! Last night he cooked the most amazing meal for us! We had big juicy ribs paired with those yummy green beans, you know, the ones mixed with bacon. Ahh, to die for!
Anytime I have a question, whether it's with my car, my health, a friend... I know I can count on Kevin to help out with my dilemma. He's been there for me and helped out more times than I can count and words can't fully express my gratitude! Kevin, thank you for your patience and support and I look forward to the good times that lie ahead!
