One of my friends turned me on to this little addition on MySpace called bumper stickers. One day during my boredom, I began scrolling through the many quotes and silly little sayings that you can choose from and then post to your bulletin board on your profile page.
I came across this one quote that has really stuck with me and I wanted to share it with you all. “You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.” Wow! The truth behind this quote is very powerful.
We all go through tough times which test our faith, strength and spirit but it is the willpower and determination from within us that helps us to continue pushing through those rough patches. It is the hard times we go through that define who we are and who we are destined to become. You never know how strong you can be until you are forced to do so.
We go about our daily routines and sometimes forget to stop, take a second to take a deep breath, look around and say, Wow! I am really blessed and what a wonderful day this going to be!” Yes, granted we all have bad days but typically they can be dealt with and conquered in time.
I guess what I want to say is, stand tall, be grateful for your blessings and rely on your faith to bring you through the tough times. I hope you have a strong and beautiful day!
